The aim of the course "Economics" is the formation of students' competencies in the field of economics, development of the ability to apply received knowledge in professional activity in a globalizing world economy, ability to apply skills of analysis and evaluation of rapidly changing market conditions in order to make optimal management decisions and acquiring of practice of economic thinking and orientation in the world of market relationships. This course is the theoretical basis for the study of branches of economics, and the formation of student’s position in matters of economic policy.
2. International Business (4.0)
The course provides a profound study of the types and forms of modern international business activities. Particular attention is paid to the organization and management in international business, technology policy of multinational corporations, and mechanism of providing diplomatic interests of Ukrainian business in foreign markets.
3. The economics and external economic relations of Ukraine (4.0)
The course "Economics and external economic relations of Ukraine" involves studying the basic characteristics and socio-economic conditions in economic transition on the limit of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to modern economic system formation in Ukraine, its objective necessity, content, conditions, systematic changes, contradictions and antagonisms.
4. International economic relations (4.0)
This course provides coverage of theoretical and practical aspects of modern international economic relations, research methods of its object. It focuses on the consideration and analysis of theories of international trade and modern forms of economic relations between the countries in conditions of economic globalization.
5. Public International Law (4.0)
The course focuses on the study of traditional themes such as concepts and characteristics of international law, sources, systems, principles and norms of international law. For students’ professional development they consider topics that allow them to move to specific analysis of international legal issues such as interaction of international law with domestic law, Institute of international legal personality, recognition in international law, succession of States and others.
6. International relations and world politics (4.0)
The course is devoted to the study of the evolution of world politics and international relations in the period from 1945 to 1979, the end of XX - beginning of XXI century. It is also devoted to the study of the basic theories, doctrines and concepts of world politics, the general international issues, regional specificity, the provisions of international instruments, fundamental political and international legal research on global politics and international relations.
7. Ukrainian and foreign culture (3.0)
The course examines the attractions of spiritual and material culture, created and recorded for centuries in various forms. They are considered in historical vertical as the whole phenomenon, as well as on a regional basis, accounting relationships with the cultural achievements of other nations, because any ethnic group, a people, a nation cannot develop in isolation, outside the general historical process.
8. Regional Geography (4.0)
This course examines the geographical location, climatic conditions, mineral resources, ethnic and confessional composition of the population, features of the cultural and historical development, political and legal systems, governments, economic systems, foreign policy of countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, CIS, Europe and Northern America, as well as Ukraine's relations with them.
9. Introduction to university studies (2.0)
Academic discipline involves the following tasks: on the basis of modern theoretical and methodological approaches students must reveal the nature and essence of modern international business as a phenomenon of social life and a field of economic activity, as an economic category and an independent science, show the stages of its historical development, the environment, types and forms, analyze functional and institutional structure of international business, laws, tendencies and problems of development in conditions of globalization processes. Herewith, the strategic objective is to develop a clear, coherent and structured system of knowledge and ideas about student’s future training.

Academic discipline aims to provide knowledge of philosophy as an ideology of man, or a set of world views in general and man's relationship to the world, in the sense of ontological, epistemological, axiological and social problems of life.

The course "International information" includes knowledge about the system of international relations in a globalized communication, specifics, trends and prospects of international information policy, analysis of impact of ICT on international systems and global development, research and forecasting of problems of the international community in the field of information and communication, clarification of the impact of information development of Ukraine on political and economic aspects of the country's integration into the world information space.
12. Global environmental problems in international business (2.0)
Under the influence of modern globalization, technological progress human impact on the environment is increasing, that leads to global environmental problems. This course involves the study of basic features, principles, methods, tools and approaches to planning and organizing of eco-oriented management of the enterprise.
13. International Management (8.0)
The course includes basic theoretical knowledge about the formation and interaction of organizations in cross-border activity. It involves the study of forms and types of entrepreneurial activity complicated by a foreign element, and it also reflects the objective processes of conducting business on the level of optimizing the use of resources.
14. International Marketing (8.0)
The course provides acquiring of theoretical and practical knowledge on the basics of international marketing. Students will be introduced to marketing tools used in solving marketing problems in the process of international activities, and to the basics of market research with the use of marketing communications at the national and international markets.
15. Political Development and Political Systems (2.0)
This course examines the political and legal systems of Asian countries and clarifies the peculiarities of their evolution, considers the characteristics and trends of modern political processes, specificity of social and political movements in Latin America, and the development of political and legal systems in Europe and other regions.

Discipline involves the examination and consideration of such important aspects of the company’s activity as the development of strategic directions of foreign policy and the conduct of the company in foreign markets, drawing up plans for foreign trade and forming the optimal structure of management of foreign economic activity, its coordination with other types of work at the company, accounting and control of the efficiency of operations in foreign markets.

Science course adapted to the training program of professionals with a focus on the diplomatic aspect of the history of Ukraine. The object of the proposed discipline is reproduction and evaluation of efforts of the national diplomacy to ensure favorable conditions for the full development of the nation state and analysis of the diplomatic service institute in different situations and at different times.
21. Mathematics in the economy (4.0)
The course includes basic methods and models of linear and vector algebra, analytic geometry, mathematical analysis, differential calculus of functions of one and several variables, integral calculus, differential equations and their practical application in international economics, finance, management, and business.
22. Modern information systems and technology (3.0)
The course involves the study of modern information systems and technologies that future experts can use in the field of international relations. The course outlines the conceptual, informational, hardware and software foundations of work on modern personal computers with the use of the necessary means of submission, processing and searching of data used in the training of specialists in the field of modern international relations.
23. The economy of the company (2.0)
The main objectives of the course are the study of modern human resources policy, reproduction and use of fixed assets, formation and determination of the effectiveness of the financial and industrial investments, features of the development of enterprise on the basis of scientific, technological and organizational progress, determination of motivation, quality and competitiveness of products, directions of effective work in conditions of market economy; development of creative approach to making management decisions, to characteristics of the structure and activities of the company, the development and implementation of its development plan, analyzing and summarizing the results of production, economic, commercial and financial activities, elaboration of proposals for improving the efficiency of management measures and monitoring their exercise by changing the situation in the market environment.
24. History of Economic Thought and Economic Development (5.0)
Knowledge and understanding of content and patterns of evolution of the world economic thought promotes a deeper understanding of economic issues of the past and the present. This course raises the theoretical level and broadens the outlook of students, helps them to get the technique of culture and economic thinking, teaches creative thinking skills about complex socio-economic problems.
25. Micro- and macro-economic fundamentals of international business (4.0)
The course involves studying the principles of behavior of economic agents - households and companies - in different market conditions, the study of basic macroeconomic models, basic modern macroeconomic approaches to the analysis of the economy, macroeconomic policy (fiscal, monetary) analysis tools of micro- and macroeconomic relationships.

Discipline involves the systematic study of statistical study methods of patterns of socio-economic phenomena and formation processes of theoretical and methodological foundations of statistical management and development management decisions based on the results of the statistical analysis.

This discipline examines the current theory and practice of pricing, analysis of formation patterns of domestic and foreign trade prices structures in the world trade. Attention focused on the study of patterns and methods of pricing in the micro and macro levels, features of major economic indexes mainly used in the modern world.

The main purpose of the discipline is to study the instruments and mechanisms of development and brand management in modern conditions of international business, to build knowledge about the development processes and brands positioning, the study the modern trends in international brands and Ukrainian markets, to form a knowledge of the principles, technologies and tools of brand communications. The main objectives of the discipline is to study the economic nature and role of the brand in international business; study methods for assessing brand value by analyzing the elements of its capital; different development approaches, brand positioning; study basic approaches to brand management; review features of brand management in various fields of economic actors activity; isolating the patterns and trends of internal, national and international brands.

This discipline involves the study of characteristics and principles of effective marketing systems with the use of modern information and communication technologies to address the urgent problems of different types of marketing.

The course explores current trends, tools and mechanisms for the implementation of marketing in international markets in terms of the internationalization of economic relations and formation services market as the leader in world trade. Services market is, in common, the locomotive of world production, science and technology and the entire system of international economic relations, which are influenced by modern information technologies and globalization trends. As a result, marketing of services in the world trade is growing faster than external trade in general, under the influence of computerization, information technology, market liberalization, financial and insurance services, etc., which requires constant monitoring of the global services market.

3.1. Advertising and GR-management in international business (3.0)
In the academic discipline the theory of advertising and GR-management is studied and disclosed. Students will analyze the construction of advertising companies; define their active and passive components, methods of production adaptation to consumer demand and complex organization of the market for goods or services; analyze the short and long-term company strategy in advertising depending on market segmentation and selection of marketing policy.
3.2. Theory and methods of decision-making (3.0)
Academic discipline devoted to the study of methods of analysis of modern international economic relations, it involves studying the rules of applying methodologies, techniques and tools of economic and mathematical modeling in theoretical studies. In the course we aim to provide students with basic information about the current state and the logic of decision theory. The peculiarity of the discipline is a systematic presenting of a variety of mathematical, economic and statistical methods, method of expert evaluation and providing of information on their application in practice management decisions.

This discipline involves the study of the management of large business entities functioning in various sectors of the economy internationally.

Academic discipline devoted to the research of negotiations. Situational techniques are combined with dialog exercises. Practical orientation of the course is based on a combination of theoretical concepts of negotiations with real constructive examples of bilateral, multilateral and international commercial negotiations.

4. Macroeconomic policy and modeling in international business (4.0)
The course is focused on the study of state regulation of the modern macroeconomic models practical application that are relevant for the international business development.
5. Methodology and organization of scientific research with the basics of intellectual property (3.0)
The course provides deep comprehensive study and research of the most actual problems of modern international business as the field of economic activity and a separate branch of scientific knowledge, student’s skills development for independent scientific research, collection, and materials systematization for writing a master's thesis. Objectives – gaining research skills, realizing purposes of scientific research, the skills formation about the correct performance of qualification and scientific works (master's thesis, papers, theses).

Scientific discipline involves the study of the legal framework of international and national principles of diplomatic protocol and ceremonial; features of diplomatic activities protocol and foreign activities of the state, the basic rules and norms of etiquette as composite image of the modern diplomat, politician, businessman.

The course provides an achievement of future specialists such a level of translation competence, which will provide them the opportunity to do professional translation work in different kinds of translation in oral and written forms.
8. Innovation and investment management in international business (4.0)
Within the frames of this discipline it is considered the essence of innovation and international investment management, areas and directions of corporation’s activity in the market of intellectual products, opened the peculiarities of corporate strategy, management and marketing company’s activities in the market of intellectual products. Particular attention is paid to the problems of investment funds commercial operations in the investment markets and intellectual products, regulation of corporation’s activities, opportunities of the international experience usage for the Ukrainian enterprises.

The main goals and objectives of the course is to deepen knowledge in the modern understanding of the classical theory of intellectual property, study foreign experience in classifying forms of intellectual property, determination of tools to provide the protection of intellectual property in international business, the use of international agreements and conventions in the field of intellectual property in the context of risk management; the usage of features and management practices of intellectual property. The main objects of studying this discipline are the main approaches and methods to protect intellectual property, and economic and legal framework in defense system of intellectual property. The subject of study is the forms and methods of analysis about the practice of intellectual property in today's global system of innovations.

System management techniques are an organization of managing business entities on the basis of systemic methods and systems management. The purpose of the discipline is to acquire students’ knowledge and skills in use system management organizations in various fields, particularly in the creation on this basis corporate management systems, which combine all elements of management, namely administration, finance, production, quality management, safety labor, information security, personnel management, marketing, etc. and ensure their effective functioning.

The purpose of the discipline is to learn the necessary definitions, theories and taxation practice, organization and method of paying taxes and tax payments in the context of normative and legislative acts that regulate this process; studying international experience of tax systems as the most important levers of state regulation of the economy. The student should know the features of the tax system as a science, conceptual and categorical apparatus and basis of taxation, fiscal instruments regulating tax management. Students should be able to work with scientific literature by themselves, writing analytical works for the course, prepare and present presentations, to debate.

Educational discipline is a part of the management personnel discipline and reveals both traditional and innovative methods in international company’s systems of training.
