Kopiyka Valery Vladimirovich

Scientific degree: Doctor of Political Science
Position: Director of the Institute of International Relations, Professor
Sphere of scientific interests: i European integration and foreign policy of the Western Europe countries.
Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law of Kyiv State University. T. Shevchenko (1984). In 1990 he defended a candidate's degree, and in 2004 - a doctoral dissertation. Since graduating from the postgraduate studies since 1990, assistant, since 1996, assistant professor, since 2007, professor of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy. Since 2007 he has been the Deputy Director of the IIR for educational work, since 2009 the Director of the IIR. From 2012 to December 2015 (Order No. 08-1979-04 dated 02.12.2015) incl. Head of the Department of International Media Communication and Communication Technologies, Department of International Information.
Trained and lectured at higher education institutions of Belgium (Free University of Brussels), Great Britain (University of Hull), Bulgaria (Southwestern University named after Neofit Rylsky, Blagoevgrad), Russia (Institute of Europe, Russian Academy of Sciences , IMEMM RAS).

He was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Author of more than 100 scientific works. Has prepared 6 candidates of sciences.

Position: Head of the Department of International Media Communication and Communication Technologies, Department of International Information, Associate Professor.

Sphere of scientific interests: influence of communicative technologies on formation of civil society, political communication and mass media, international journalism, media convergence.
Monograph: "The Civic Dimension of the Communication Revolution: Modernization of Public Communications from the Printing Machine to Social Networks" (2010). The paper examines the role of communication in the process of formation of civil society, the impact of changes in the information and communication sphere on the course and the state of the social and political system, both in separate countries and in the world.
Graduated from taras Shevchenko National University og Kyiv, faculty of journalism (1992). Chief editor of the newspaper "Mizhnarodnyk" (since 2002)

Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Political Science (1996). Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Higher School of Ukraine. Head of the NLP Society - Technologies.

Yakovets Anatoliy Volodimirovich

Position: Associate Professor

Graduated from Taras Shevchenko NAtional University of Kyiv, Faculty of Journalism (1991).
Member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, awarded the Golden Medal "Independence", winner of many TV and radio festivals. Awarded the first degree diploma for the textbook "Television journalism: theory and practice" (the best scientific methodical project in 2010).
Author of over 55 publications, including 5 monographs in co-authorship, 5 textbooks and 3 manuals.
