14 October 2020, Expert of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence Assoc. Prof. S. Makovskyy participated in conference «Beyond Europe – Decentralization Global History, Transoceanic Encounters and the Challenges of Heterotopia» organized by ETEE Jean Monnet Network.

19 October 2020, Expert of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence Assoc. Prof. S. Makovskyy participated in webinar «Engaging the Evil Empire: Washington, Moscow, and the Beginning of the End of the Cold War» organized by National History Center and Wilson Centre.

30 October 2020, Expert of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence Assoc. Prof. S. Makovskyy participated in the Virtual Think Tank Summit as part of the Think Tanks and Civil Society Program of the University of Pennsylvania.

12 November 2020, the Academic Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, prof. O. Shnyrkov participated in the online Meeting of Journal of European Economy Editorial Board.

15 November 2020, the qualification card of the Scientific School «European Union in the global economic space» was approved (the Head – the Academic Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, prof. O. Shnyrkov).

9-14 November 2020, Expert of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence Assoc. Prof. S. Makovskyy participated in distance work of «Lviv Security Forum».

24 November 2020, the director for the Institute of International Relations, the expert of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, prof. V. Kopiika presented the annual online report where information on the activities of the Centre in 2020 was submitted.

30 November 2020, O. Zosenko defended PhD (Economics) thesis on «Integration of Ukraine into the European Union e-commerce system» (the Supervisor – the Academic Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, prof. O. Shnyrkov).

26-27 November 2020, the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence co-organized the Scientific and Practical Conference «Risks in the system of contemporary international economic relations: challenges and opportunities», held at the Institute of International Relations in online format. The conference was attended by 62 scientists and practitioners from 24 institutions of higher education and organizations from 10 cities of Ukraine, in particular, experts of the Centre, professors O. Shnyrkov, V. Kopiika and O. Chugaiev also joined to the scientific discussions.
