A collective scientific monograph Social and Economic Aspects of Court and Out-of-Court Insolvency Proceedings edited by Anna Hrytsay and Bartosz Serakowski and published by Lazarski University Publishing House was released in Poland. The collection includes an article by Oleksandr Biriukov, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Private International Law
