Автор понад 50 наукових та навчально-методичних праць в українських та іноземних наукових виданнях, є співавтором 8 монографій, 2 підручників, 2 навчальних посібників, розробник та викладач навчальних курсів та конспектів лекцій з дисциплін.
З 2003 по 2022 рік - старший науковий співробітник у Науково-дослідній частини Навчально-наукового інституту міжнародних відносин КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка та за сумісництвом в закладах вищої освіти м. Києва на посадах доцента.
Стажувалась в Йоркському університеті (м. Торонто, Канада) (2004 р.), працювала науковим співробітником за міжнародною міждисциплінарною науковою темою у Варшавському університеті (м. Варшава, Польща) (2022-2023 рр.).
З 2019 року по сьогодні – співзасновник, керівник, лектор соціально-освітнього профорієнтаційного проекту «Школа молодого українського дипломата» ННІМВ КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка.
Член громадської організації «Українська асоціація зовнішньої політики». Запрошений лектор з дипломатичного протоколу та етикету Дипломатичної академії України імені Геннадія Удовенка, спікер тренінгових програм, експерт з ділового та дипломатичного протоколу та етикету, спікер ТВ-ефірів, автор медіа та інтернет-публікацій з дипломатичного і ділового протоколу та етикету.
