Trip arrangement procedure

Conferences/seminars/workshops/symposia
 

The student must prepare:

  1. Application (for a business trip within Ukraine, the application is submitted in printed form)
  2. Invitation
  3. Translation of the invitation (the certified translation into Ukrainian is obligatory)
  4. Extract with grades with a GPA (prepared by the methodologist)

The application for a business trip within Ukraine is submitted in printed form.

The signed package of documents is sent to the Department of International Cooperation of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Room 267) no later than 10 days before the departure. A copy of the application with the signatures of all responsible persons, the invitation and the translation of the invitation remain in the Department of International Cooperation of the Institute (Room 261).

 

Scientific internships/language internships/practice


The student must prepare:

  1. Application
  2. Invitation
  3. Translation of the invitation (the certified translation into Ukrainian is obligatory)
  4. Bilateral agreement
  5. Individual schedule (only if the internship lasts more than 1 month)
  6. Trilateral agreement (only if this is the university partner)
  7. Extract with grades with a GPA (prepared by the methodologist)

The signed package of documents is sent to the Academic Mobility office of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Room 222) no later than 10 days before the departure. A copy of the application with the signatures of all responsible persons, the invitation and the translation of the invitation remain in the Department of International Cooperation of the Institute (Room 261).

 

Studying


The student must prepare:

  1. Application
  2. Invitation
  3. Translation of the invitation (the certified translation into Ukrainian is obligatory)
  4. Bilateral agreement
  5. Individual schedule
  6. Trilateral agreement (only if this is the university partner) or Learning agreement (if this is studying within the Erasmus+ programme)
  7. Extract with grades with a GPA (prepared by the methodologist)

The signed package of documents is sent to the Academic Mobility office of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Room 222) no later than 10 days before the departure. A copy of the application with the signatures of all responsible persons, the invitation and the translation of the invitation remain in the Department of International Cooperation of the Institute (Room 261).

Reporting of a business trip

Upon the return to the Institute within 10 days the student submits to the Academic mobility office of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Room 222) or to the Department of International Cooperation of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Room 267), depending on the purpose of the trip, the following documents:

  1. Report (on participation in conferences, symposia, etc.) or reference report (on academic mobility)
  2. Copy of the certificate (academic certificate, etc.)
  3. Copy of the foreign passport (copies of pages with marks on crossing the Ukrainian border and a page with a visa (if available) are required. While submitting the documents on return it is necessary to have the original foreign passport)
  4. Application on changes to the order (only if you returned not on the dates mentioned in the application)

A copy of the application remains in the Department of International Cooperation of the Institute (Room 261).
