Centre for Strategic Communications and Regional Studies
The Centre for Strategic Communications and Regional Studies is a non-governmental organization specializing in strategic communications, international cooperation, and expert and analytical support for local self-government authorities.
The Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is developing a partnership with the Centre in the fields of research, expert analysis, and education, combining academic expertise with practical experience.

international cooperation of Ukrainian local communities;
strategic communications and information policy;
public diplomacy of local communities;
international project and grant activities;
cooperation with international organizations and donors;
preparation of analytical materials and practical recommendations;
information resilience and international positioning of local communities;
support for recovery and regional development.
Areas of Cooperation
The cooperation between the Centre and the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations is aimed at implementing joint research, expert, and educational initiatives. The main areas of cooperation include:
preparation of analytical materials, policy papers, and methodological recommendations;
conducting joint research, conferences, expert discussions, and other professional events;
strengthening the professional capacities of local self-government officials;
fostering an interdisciplinary expert community involving academics, practitioners, and representatives of territorial communities;
developing strategic forecasts and models for the international activities of territorial communities.
The strategic goal of the partnership is to establish a modern system of expert support for the international activities of Ukrainian local communities, advance strategic communications, and develop practical solutions for local self-government authorities.
