The 2026 Master’s Graduation
Congratulations to Our Master's Graduates!
The master's graduates of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations celebrated the graduation and the ceremony of handing out diplomas with family, friends, faculty, and Institute colleagues.
The event opened with an address by Valerii Kopiika, Acting Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He emphasised that graduates will eventually realize the genuine value of the knowledge they have gained at the Institute of International Relations. The Acting Rector noted that a diploma from the Institute carries particular significance — these master's students pursued their degrees amid full-scale war, air raid alerts, and constant adversity that demanded resilience and determination.

Olena Pryiatelchuk, Acting Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations, encouraged graduates to embrace responsibility, pursue growth, and drive positive change in the country.
"Leaders are not those who wait for change — they are those who create it," she stated.
This year, diplomas were awarded to full-time and part-time graduates across the following programmes:
- International Relations
- International Communications
- Regional Studies
- International Law
- Foreign Policy
- International Business (Management and Marketing)
- International Economic Relations (Commerce and Finance)
The graduates were also congratulated by Oleksandr Karasevych, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
"Thank you for choosing international relations and diplomacy. We would be even more delighted if you choose the path of diplomatic service in the future," he said.

We are grateful to our graduates for being part of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations. New challenges, professional achievements, and your own success story awaits you.
We wish you the courage to move forward — and remember: the doors of IIR are always open to you!
