Applications for bachelor's degree have started!

Today, on July 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m., applications for participation in the competitive selection for a bachelor's degree will be accepted.

You can submit your application through the applicant's electronic cabinet: cabinet.edbo.gov.ua

Please note:

You can submit up to 15 applications for bids. Up to 5 of them are for the budget, the rest are for the contract (at the expense of individuals or legal entities). All applications are submitted with priority! You can submit two applications for one bid - for the budget and for the contract, but with different priorities.

Each application must be accompanied by a motivation letter prepared separately for each educational program.

The competitive score for applying for C1 Economics and International Economic Relations cannot be less than 130 points, D9 International Law and C3 International Relations - 150 points for full-time and part-time study.

The application deadline is 18:00 on August 1, 2025!

A paper application form is required if:

• you have an educational document issued abroad; 

• you are a foreigner without a permanent residence permit or have refugee status/a person in need of complementary protection; 

• your educational document was issued before the introduction of photopolymer technologies; 

• there are objective reasons that do not allow you to apply online - confirmed by a certificate from the university's Admissions Committee.
