Article by Mykola Kapitonenko ‘Will Zelenskyy's victory plan work?’ for IPG

Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy Mykola Kapitonenko wrote an article for the IPG publication entitled: ‘Will Zelenskyy's Victory Plan Work?’. The article analyses a set of factors that can affect both negatively and positively the implementation of the new foreign policy initiative of Ukrainian diplomacy.
