Artificial Intelligence, Corporate Governance, and Performance Management

On November 11, 2025, fourth-year students of the “International Communications” study program met with Dilyara Kadermeeva and Olha Kulyk, representatives of Kernel.

The lecture covered the use of AI in business processes and the implementation of an AI assistant that helps automate work and improve decision-making.

The speakers also highlighted key aspects of corporate governance: the architecture of the management system, the role of mission, vision, strategy, and values, the importance of a shared vision and corporate code, delegation and decision-making speed in crisis situations, as well as modern approaches to public-sector management.

Special attention was given to corporate and managerial competency models — strategic thinking, intrapreneurship, leadership, client-orientation, responsibility, systems thinking, adaptability, and collaboration — which form unified behavioral standards within the company.

Students also learned about the performance management system, which includes performance evaluation, ranking, individual development plans, talent pool formation, bonus programs, and opportunities for professional and career growth.
