BANKRUPTCY TALKS: the competitive procedure as a legal category

Bankruptcy Center and the Student Club of the Department of Private International Law are launching BANKRUPTCY TALKS, a series of insolvency events. 

On March 11, 2025, a discussion was held on the competitive procedure as a legal category. 

Vladyslav Filatov (Director of the Bankruptcy Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine) and Andrii Avtorgov (Private Enforcement Officer of the Kyiv City Executive District) shared their experience.
