Associate Professor of the Department of Comparative and European Law at the Institute of International Relations, Bohdan Veselovskyi, received a letter of gratitude from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The award recognizes his scientific achievements, significant personal contribution to the development of Ukraine’s research potential, and is dedicated to the Day of Science in Ukraine.

The award ceremony took place during the event “Science Party in Vyshyvankas,” held in honor of the Day of Scientific Career Development. This year, the event was hosted at the Oleksandr Fomin Botanical Garden.

During the meeting, Acting Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Valerii Kopiika, congratulated young scientists, postgraduate students, lecturers, and researchers, emphasizing that they represent the future of the university and Ukraine. They generate new knowledge, advance science, and lay the foundation for future changes.

“For me, this recognition is not only a sign of attention but also an important reminder of the responsibility of a Ukrainian scientist today: to work, conduct research, teach, support students and postgraduate students, and develop Ukrainian science even in the most challenging times. Ukrainian science is sustained by people who do not stop. It is truly valuable to be part of this community,” — Bohdan Veselovskyi.

Science is more than just research and publications. It is also a community, ideas, and people who shape the future.

We are proud that the lecturers of the Institute of International Relations not only promote science but also develop an environment in which a new generation of researchers, experts, and professionals grows.
