Career Day 2026 at IIR!
On April 15, the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations, initiated and supported by the IIR Development Fund, hosted its eighth annual Career Day — an event that brought together students, alumni, and Ukraine’s leading employers.
During the event, students had the opportunity to explore the activities of 23 leading companies, including AEQUO, Ant Hill, Brain Tank, AVELLUM, Deloitte Ukraine, IDS Ukraine (TM "Morshynska"), KPMG Ukraine, Kyiv Consulting, L’Oréal Ukraine, LCF Law Group, PwC, Redcliffe Partners, Sayenko Kharenko, Solidgate, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, ALARIUS, Baker McKenzie, Association of Ukrainian Corporate Attorneys, Medical Procurement of Ukraine, Raiffeisen Bank, TISO Production, Philip Morris Ukraine, and Ilyashev & Partners.
Company representatives held insightful meetings with students, discussing internship and employment opportunities while sharing their professional experiences and career advice.
The event featured four thematic sections — Audit, Legal, Business, Communication, and Interactive — which hosted presentations and specialized masterclasses from the participating companies.
Participants gained up-to-date information on career and educational opportunities, as well as practical recommendations for successfully navigating all selection stages and further professional growth.

Kyiv Consulting organized the finals of a case game — a team competition focused on solving real-world business challenges.
Following the conclusion of the official part of Career Day, the Director of IIR, Valerii Kopiika, held an informal meeting with company representatives. During this open dialogue, participants discussed current challenges in modern education, outlined promising areas for collaboration, and reaffirmed their mutual interest in developing the partnership.
