Competition of research papers ‘Ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: consequences and challenges’

Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations, and the Leonid Kuchma Presidential Foundation ‘Ukraine’ announce a competition among students of higher educational institutions of Ukraine on the topic: ‘Ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Consequences and Challenges’ in the speciality ‘International Law’. 

Topics of scientific papers:

  1. Foreign Experience of Implementation of the Rome Statute by States Parties to the International Criminal Court: Theory and Practice;      
  2. Implementation of the provisions of the Rome Statute by Ukraine;
  3. Protection of the Rights of Servicemen and Veterans: Key Problems and Prospects for Their Solution.

The terms of the competition provide for the first, second, third and incentive prizes in the form of cash scholarships from the Leonid Kuchma Presidential Foundation ‘Ukraine’ and publication of the best works in a collection.
