Completion of the grant project "Social Responsibility of International Enterprises" by Associate Professor Olena Lytvyn

With the support of the Swedish Institute, Associate Professor of the Department of International Finance Olena Lytvyn has completed a grant project "Social Responsibility of International Enterprises" at the initiative of CAFU: Competence Aid for Ukraine.

The CAFU project aims to develop modern competencies necessary for Ukraine's post-war recovery in line with European values.

Olena Lytvyn integrated the results of the study into the courses of the International Economic Relations program. During their studies, students studied the features, stages, and approaches to sustainable development, acquired practical skills in implementing corporate social responsibility strategies based on the example of international enterprises, and explored CSR models in Ukraine and abroad.

As part of their studies, students of the International Economic Relations program have developed such competencies as the ability to identify and justify the need to implement social responsibility strategies and programs in Ukrainian companies and startups in accordance with the goals of sustainable development and to apply international standards for analyzing CSR in Ukraine.

While working on the project, Olena Lytvyn successfully applied the skills she had previously acquired through her participation in the international social entrepreneurship program Social Entrepreneurship in Ukraine and the Estonian Business School's micro-program Leading Organizational Change in the Conditions of War.
