Congratulations to the graduates of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat School on the successful completion of the training programme!
The Young Ukrainian Diplomat School is a social and educational career-guidance initiative aimed at introducing young people to the field of diplomacy and international relations. The project is implemented at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
From 15 November 2025 to 24 January 2026, the training course of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat School brought participants together within an intensive educational programme that comprised 20 online lectures (40 academic hours) delivered by faculty members of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, in particular the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations, as well as meetings with Ukrainian diplomats, representatives of state institutions and international experts, and participation in public diplomacy events.
It was precisely the combination of practical diplomatic experience and academic expertise that made it possible to develop a substantive educational programme, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the diplomatic service, international relations, and contemporary challenges in the field of international politics.
Through participation in the programme, young people acquired foundational knowledge and practical tools, gained a deeper understanding of their own interests, and clarified their prospective directions for professional development.
The School creates a space for motivation, inspiration, and informed decision-making regarding educational and career pathways, opening up new opportunities for the further professional growth of young people.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Head and Co-Founder of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat School, Associate Professor of the Department of International Organizations and Diplomatic Service Nataliia Rylach, as well as to the project partners—the Ukrainian Association of Foreign Policy and the Business School of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations—and to the invited speakers and diplomats for their fruitful cooperation, support of educational initiatives, and contribution to creating opportunities for the professional development of youth.
