Course of lectures on human rights protection during armed conflicts
On April 4, 2024, the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Santo Tomas University (Bogota, Colombia) begin a series of lectures on the protection of human rights during armed conflicts and the further restoration of the functioning of state mechanisms in the legal field.
