Despite the air raid alert — we talk about Ukraine’s future in the European Union!
On May 19, 2026, students joined an open lecture by Ivan Nahornyak — Advisor to Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Taras Kachka for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration — on the topic: “The Negotiation Process for Ukraine’s Accession to the EU”.
During the lecture, students gained a deeper understanding of how the EU accession negotiation process works, the role of reforms within it, and why European integration today is not merely a political choice, but a comprehensive transformation of the state.
Symbolically, the conversation about Ukraine’s European future continued in a shelter — at a time when the aspiration for knowledge, development, and European values remains unwavering despite all challenges.
We sincerely thank Ivan Nahornyak for the insightful lecture and his openness to dialogue.
