Dmytro Kuleba’s meeting with members of ‘Zalizna Zmina’

The Institute of International Relations co-organized a meeting between Dmytro Kuleba and participants of the "Zalizna Zmina" educational programme for talented young people.

A total of 150 outstanding high school students from across Ukraine—including winners of academic Olympiads and competitions, youth leaders, and civic activists—had the opportunity to engage in a discussion with Dmytro Kuleba on Ukraine's cooperation with its international partners during the full-scale war, the country's foreign policy priorities, the specifics of wartime diplomacy, leadership, and the key challenges facing Ukraine.

The Institute of International Relations actively develops partnerships and creates opportunities for young people to engage with leading diplomats, experts, and public officials. Initiatives such as this provide future leaders with valuable knowledge, inspiration, and a broader perspective on their professional development.
