The Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations honours Ukrainian traditions

колядка

The students of the Institute joined in the ancient Ukrainian Christmas tradition by singing old carols, including "Siv Sus Christos Vecheraty" and "Pryyshly Shchedruvaty."

These songs are among the lesser-known Christmas carols from eastern Ukraine and are part of the revival, preservation and popularisation of authentic Ukrainian caroling heritage.

Participants in the caroling:

Polina Avramenko — 4th year, OP "International Communications"

Daria Klyavlina — 1st year of master's degree, OP "International Business"

Damira Nesipbaeva — 2nd year of master's degree, OP "International Business"

Anastasia Ilchuk — 2nd year, OP "International Law"

Veronika Turik — 2nd year, OP "International Law"

Camera operator and editor: Sofia Rybka — 4th year, OP "International Economic Relations"

Through singing and carolling together, we not only feel the spirit of Christmas, but also continue Ukrainian Christmas traditions that unite generations.
