Graduation of the atendees of the School of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat
The Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations has concluded the training for attendees of the School of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat—a socio-educational career guidance project that introduces youth to diplomacy, international relations, and the specifics of working in this field.
The Head of the School of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat is Nataliia Rylach, PhD in Economics and Associate Professor at the Department of International Organizations and Diplomatic Service. The project is implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Foreign Policy Association and the Institute of International Relations Business School.
From April 9 to June 6, 2026, the School's participants attended 20 online lectures, totaling 40 academic hours.
The educational program combined theoretical knowledge with the practical experience of diplomats, government officials, and the expert community. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the specifics of the diplomatic service, current international processes, and opportunities for professional development.
During their studies, the attendees interacted with Ukrainian diplomats, Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, representatives of state institutions, international experts, and the Institute's faculty.

The School's participants also joined the events of the #OpenUkrainianDiplomacy and #KNUDiplomacyTalks projects, which provided an opportunity to learn from the practical experience of professionals who represent Ukraine in the international arena and shape our country's foreign policy.
Special attention was paid to introducing the Institute's educational programs. The attendees learned about the specifics of studying at the Institute of International Relations, opportunities for professional development, and the competencies students acquire in the field of international relations.
We express our gratitude to the Head and Co-founder of the School of the Young Ukrainian Diplomat, Nataliia Rylach, as well as to our partners, guest speakers, and diplomats for their fruitful cooperation, support of educational initiatives, and for creating opportunities for the professional development of youth.
Congratulations to the graduates! We wish you to confidently move towards your set goals, develop your talents, and achieve new successes.
