Guest Lecture by Philip Morris Ukraine Representative Liudmyla Andrieieva
On March 30, 2026, a guest lecture was held for first-year Master’s students of the “International Communications” program, featuring a representative of Philip Morris Ukraine — Liudmyla Andrieieva, Manager Talent Acquisition Ukraine, Moldova, Czech Republic, Slovakia.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for students to gain insight into the practical aspects of working at Philip Morris Ukraine, as well as to receive valuable guidance on building a career in a global company.
During the lecture, the speaker подробно explained the specifics of internal and external communications at Philip Morris International, emphasizing the importance of transparency, trust, and effective collaboration between teams. The discussion covered key principles of communication in an international environment, the role of corporate culture, and approaches to engaging with external stakeholders.
Special attention was given to employee support programs in the context of the war in Ukraine, including psychological support initiatives, measures to ensure employee safety and well-being, the implementation of flexible working formats, and the adaptation of business processes to current challenges, highlighting the importance of corporate social responsibility and care for employees.
In addition, during the meeting students were introduced to the company’s talent attraction and development programs, including INKOMPASS — a global paid internship program lasting from 6 to 12 months, operating in more than 40 countries worldwide and providing students with the opportunity to gain practical experience working on real business projects.
The Europe Graduates Program was also discussed — a program designed for graduates that offers fast-track career development, three rotations of 8 months each, development of professional and leadership skills, access to learning resources and mentorship, as well as experience in an international work environment.
Such lectures are extremely valuable, as they help students understand which knowledge and practical skills are required today to build a successful career and consciously choose their professional path.
