Lection on “Successful examples of advocacy campaigns: the experience of the expert NGO “Life”

On March 4, 2025, as part of the study of the discipline “Lobbying Technologies” for students of the 2nd and 4th year of the International Communications program of Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, a lecture was held by the Executive Director of the Center for Civic Representation “Life” Dmytro Kupyra.

Topic: “Successful examples of advocacy campaigns: the experience of the expert NGO “Life”. 

The lecture covered the concepts of lobbying and advocacy, planning of advocacy campaigns, tools and methods of lobbying and advocacy, and legislative regulation of lobbying in Ukraine.

The lecturer paid special attention to the successful advocacy campaign of the NGO “Life” - “Ukraine's withdrawal from the trade dispute against Australia”.
