A lecture by Andrii IVASISHYN, Head of the Division for the Protection of the Rights of Ukrainian Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad, Consular Protection Directorate, Consular Service Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

On March 30, 2026, within the course “Consular Work in Modern Diplomatic Practice” of the Department of International Organizations and Diplomatic Service a lecture for first-year master’s students was held. The lecture was given by Andrii IVASYSHYN, Head of the Division for the Protection of the Rights of Ukrainian Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad within the Consular Protection Directorate of the Consular Service Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, on “Protection of the Rights of Ukrainian Citizens Abroad.” The lecturer highlighted the specifics of a consul’s work with Ukrainian citizens abroad and shared his own extensive experience through specific case studies.
