A lecture by Dmytro Nikolayevsky on new objects of civil rights

Dmytro Nikolayevsky, Chief Lawyer of the Ministry of the Project Office at the Digital Transformation of Ukraine, gave a guest lecture for second-year students at the invitation of theStudent’s Club of the Department of Private International Law Private Challenges. The lecture was devoted to new civil rights objects: virtual assets and digital content. The possibility of securing an account as a civil rights object sparked a lively discussion. 

"The law can give impetus to development or create unnecessary difficulties. Innovations in Law are vital to the digital society, " the lecturer said.
