Lecture by Maksym Yemelianov, Deputy Director-Head of the NATO Division, EU and NATO Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

On April 16, 2025, a lecture by Maksym Yemelianov, Deputy Director-Head of the NATO Division of the Department General for the European Union and NATO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, was held for the 1st year master's students of the International Communications program as part of the Information Security discipline.

The lecture was devoted to the current issues of NATO-Ukraine cooperation in times of war and the prospects for further development of relations. The students were particularly interested in the story of his personal experience of diplomatic work. The speaker took time to answer numerous questions from the students.

Maksym Yemelianov presented the initiative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiga on the necessity of active involvement of graduates of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the effective work of the Ministry, especially in this difficult time for Ukraine. The masters received an invitation to join the Ministry.
