Lecture by Maria Yemelianova, member of the Association of Spouses of Ukrainian Diplomats

On November 15, 2024, a lecture was held at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations dedicated to the peculiarities of Ukraine's international promotion under martial law.
Directions for shaping Ukraine's image in Germany under martial law were presented during a public lecture by Maria Yemelianova, member of the Association of Spouses of Ukrainian Diplomats, actress, culinary course host, public figure, diplomat's wife, graduate of the International Information/International Communications educational program.
Ms. Maria spoke about diplomatic behind-the-scenes and how culture, art, national dishes and fashion can pave the way to the hearts and minds of citizens of the host country.
Separately, Ms. Maria emphasized the opportunities for students to participate in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine competition for primary diplomatic positions.

We would like to thank the speaker for sharing her professional experience in developing communication activities for the diplomatic mission of Ukraine in Germany.
The lecture was held within the disciplines "Foreign Policy Communication Technologies" and "Information and Analytical Activities in International Relations" for students of the 4th and 2nd years of the educational program "International Communications".
The event was organized by Professor of the Department of International Information Nataliia Pipchenko with the support of the Head of the Department Mykola Ryzhkov.
