Lecture by Rinna Kulla, Professor at the University of Tampere (Finland), "Finland and the Russian Factor"

On November 30, 2023, Tampere University Professor Rinna Kullaa gave an open lecture on Finnish security and foreign policy towards Russia. The evolution of bilateral relations since the WWII was discussed, as well as Finnish policy towards Russia’s war on Ukraine and Finland’s unique path to NATO.
