Lecture by Rostislav Plagusynets on diplomatic relations between states

On April 12, 2024, a lecture was held by the Head of the Department of Foreign Diplomatic Institutions of the Department of State Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Doctor of State. Plagusinets Rostislav for applicants of the 2nd year of OP "International Business" (with the обовʼязковим study of two foreign languages).

The lecture was devoted to the establishment of diplomatic relations between states and the process of opening diplomatic missions of foreign countries in Ukraine.

The lecturer touched upon such important aspects as the appointment and recall of the head and members of the diplomatic mission, the arrival of the head of the mission in the host country, the presentation of copies and originals of credentials, and also outlined the main stages during the opening of the newly created diplomatic mission of a foreign state in Ukraine.

Of particular value was the practical experience of the lecturer, especially under martial law in Ukraine.
