On April 1, 2026, the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations (IIR) hosted a meeting for 3rd-year "International Relations" students with Ruslan SPIRIN, Ambassador-at-Large of the Directorate General for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
