On March 14, 2025, as part of the study of the discipline “International Information and Communication”, a lecture by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, was held for 4th year students of the International Communications program.

Topic: Military diplomacy and foreign communication of Ukraine. Ukraine's information policy in times of war.

The lecture covered the following topics:

  • The structure of modern foreign communication of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
  • Peculiarities of foreign policy communication in times of war 
  • Foreign policy communications as a tool for promoting Ukraine's interests in modern international relations

The lecturer paid special attention to the practice of using digital and cultural diplomacy to promote Ukraine's national interests in Europe, North and South America.
