In loving memory to Leonid Haidukov

The staff of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations is deeply saddened to announce that Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences Leonid Haidukov passed away on 15 July 2023 at the age of 87. A well-known scholar, author of many scientific works on international relations and diplomacy published in Ukraine, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland and Turkey. For a long time, his life was associated with the University and the Institute, and in 1998-2001 he headed the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy.

Leonid always shared his knowledge and experience with his younger colleagues, was friendly and responsive. He will remain in our hearts as a wonderful person and a talented professional.

We express our sincere condolences to his family and friends.
