The luminary of Ukrainian diplomacy met with students of "international communications"

Ihor Turyanskyi, Ukrainian diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine visited the students of the "international communications" specialty. He shared with the students interesting information about the development of Ukrainian diplomacy, his work experience as the 1st Secretary of the Permanent Mission of the Ukrainian SSR to the UN, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey and South Africa.

Particular attention was paid to the peculiarities of international communications of diplomatic institutions. Ihor Mefodiyovych shared archival information materials with the students, told about the specifics of media relations of the representation of Ukraine at the UN. They also discussed the communication problems of the current Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and ways to correct them, because as the guest noted, "even a small mistake in the text of the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a stain on the reputation of the state."
