Maria Zaitseva, Assistant of the Department of International Information, received an award at the All-Ukrainian Government Relations Award

On 5 September 2024, Maria Zaitseva, Assistant of the Department of International Information, received an award at the All-Ukrainian Government Relations Award in the nomination ‘Best Consultant in GR’.

The Ukrainian GR-Award 2024 is a key event in Ukraine that focuses on recognising and rewarding outstanding achievements in the field of public relations and lobbying.

In 2024, Ukraine adopted the Law on Lobbying, which was positively assessed by the Council of Europe Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) Council of Europe.

Maria Zaitseva took an active part in the development and public discussion of the draft law ‘On Lobbying’.

In her opinion, the adoption of this law will help build a strong democratic Ukraine and create a culture of integrity and openness in political decision-making, as well as effective interaction between business, civil society and the state.
