Master class "Features of concluding foreign economic contracts: pitfalls and opportunities for Ukrainian business"

February 29, 2024 within the framework of the course "Contracts in Foreign Economic Activity" (lecturer, Ph.D., associate professor Lyudmila Shvorak), co-owner of the Ukrainian brand LEVENS, entrepreneur and master of IIR Victoria Panteleenko held a master class for 3rd year IER students (specialization "International Commerce") on the topic: "Features of concluding foreign economic contracts: pitfalls and opportunities for Ukrainian business."

During the master class, the speaker and students considered the basic principles used in FEA contracts, possible difficulties in concluding FEA contracts for Ukrainian business (including during the war), hard and soft skills for concluding contracts, the Harvard negotiation model, the concept of "job to be done."
