Master class by Victoria Kotsyubska on the crisis of dispute settlement caused by the inability of the WTO Appellate Body to function

On November 24, 2023, a closed master class for students of the first year of the master's educational program "International Law" in the discipline "Law of the World Trade Organization" was held, during which, among other things, an extremely urgent problem was considered in detail - the dispute settlement crisis caused by the inability to function of the WTO Appeal Body.
The event was held by Victoria Kotsyubska, a graduate of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations. In 2014-2020, she held the position of a dispute settlement lawyer at the World Trade Organization. Before that, since 2006 Until 2014, Victoria worked in Ukraine at the Koziakov & Partners Law обʼєднанні, where she also specialized in international trade law, in particular WTO law. In addition, Victoria taught at the Master's English-language program "Regulation of International Trade" at NNIMO and for several years trained the teams of our University to participate in mutcorts on WTO law.
In addition to information on the activities of the World Trade Organization, the guest provided students with a list of materials for further in-depth study of this topic.
