Meeting with Alla POLIOVA, Ambassador-at-Large of the Consular Service Department
On March 31, 2026, the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations (IIR) hosted a meeting for 1st-year "International Relations" students with Alla POLIOVA, Ambassador-at-Large of the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The session was part of the "Fundamentals of Diplomacy and Diplomatic Service" course (Instructor: Professor V.M. Matviienko). The lecture was titled: "Principles of Activity, Structure, and Priorities of the Consular Service of Ukraine: Functions of Consular Posts, Consular Privileges, and Immunities."
