Meeting of students of the Institute of International Relations with Romanian diplomats

On 12 September, students of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations met with Lazăr Comănescu, Romanian diplomat, Secretary General of the Permanent International Secretariat of the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC); former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Doctor of Sciences, and Alexandru Victor Micula, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Ukraine. 

The students had the opportunity to talk to Romanian diplomats and learn more about the ties between Romania and Ukraine. We thank the distinguished guests for their visit to the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations and their speech to the students!
