Memorandum with the NGO ‘Centre for the Development of Strategic Communications and Regional Studies’

On 9 September 2026, Olena Pryyatielchuk, Acting Director of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations, and Zhanna Patsyora, Director of the NGO ‘Centre for the Development of Strategic Communications and Regional Studies’, signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The partnership will combine the academic expertise of the Institute with the Centre’s practical experience to strengthen the international capacity of local authorities. The focus will be on the development of international partnerships, strategic and crisis communications, information resilience and countering disinformation.

The memorandum provides for joint research, the preparation of analytical materials and methodological guidelines, the provision of expert advice, and the development of educational programmes for representatives of local authorities.

The shared aim is to transform knowledge, research and professional expertise into practical solutions for the development, recovery and strengthening of Ukraine’s resilience.
