Oleksandr Shevchuk participates in podcast of the National School of Judges of Ukraine
Oleksandr Shevchuk, lecturer at the Department of International Law, Candidate of Legal Sciences, national consultant on personal data protection within the framework of Council of Europe and EU projects, was a guest on the podcast of the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
The theme of the issue is "Justice and personal data: will we overcome the European bar?"
During the conversation, they discussed:
- personal data protection reform in Ukraine
- challenges related to artificial intelligence
- the fight against Russian disinformation and propaganda,
- prospects for Ukraine's integration into the EU Single Digital Market.
"The level of trust in democratic institutions and the level of trust in a democratic society depends on the level of personal data protection. And the security of our personal data depends solely on us," emphasised Oleksandr Shevchuk.
