Olena Pryiatelchuk joined the official reception held at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine

On May 27, 2026, Acting Director of the Institute of International Relations Olena Pryiatelchuk joined the official reception held at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine on the occasion of the 108th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day.

The event was also attended by Acting Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Valerii Kopiika, Vice-Rector for Academic and Pedagogical Affairs (International Relations) Vadym Popko, and representatives of the University’s Department of International Relations.

We sincerely congratulate the Republic of Azerbaijan on its Independence Day!

We wish Azerbaijan further development and strengthened positions on the international arena, as well as further growth of Ukrainian-Azerbaijani partnership and new joint initiatives.

We particularly appreciate the long-standing and fruitful cooperation between the Institute of International Relations and the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine. Within the framework of the Turkic Studies Center, joint scientific and educational projects are implemented, conferences are organized, student research competitions are held, and various research activities are carried out.
