Open Day of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations

On February 17, 2024, an Open Day was held at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations! Many future applicants and their parents visited IIR to learn more about the educational process and the admission procedure, as well as about the peculiarities of student life.

First, in the lobby of the Institute, the departments represented their activities:

• Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy; 
• Department of International Organizations and Diplomatic Service; 
• Department of International Information; 
• Department of International Media Communications and Communication Technologies; 
• Department of International Regional Studies; 
• Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations; 
• Department of International Finance; 
• Department of International Business; 
• Department of International Law; 
• Department of Private International Law; 
• Department of Attorney and European Law.

Representatives and staff of the departments and students-consultants told about studying at various educational programs and gladly answered questions from future applicants and their parents.

Subsequently, the official part began, namely: a meeting with the Directorate, during which they discussed the organisation and content of the educational process in the NIMH, the admission procedure and questions from the guests, as well as meetings with the heads of departments and departments in the specialities International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies ("International Relations," "International Communications," "Country Studies: American Studies, Oriental Studies, European Studies, African Studies"), International Economic Relations ("International Economic Relations", "International Business") and International Law ("International Law").

Upon completion of the official part, consulting students conducted fascinating and very cozy excursions of the institute for future applicants and their parents, and also answered questions about the educational process, learning foreign languages, as well as future employment prospects.

We sincerely thank everyone who joined the organization of the Open Day, and especially those who visited the institute for the first time today! We hope that very soon we will meet again in the native walls of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations!
