Professor Alan Riley:
- Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, Natolin
- A member of the Advisory Committee of the Energy Community, Vienna
- Senior Fellow at Atlantic Council, Washington DC
- Acting as an EU advisor on energy security to the Prime Minister of Moldova
- Advised several EU states and energy companies, along with the European Union institutions, on EU energy law issues and related strategy questions
- He specializes in antitrust, trade and energy law, and EU policy issues
