Open lectures by Professor Alan Riley for students of the Institute of International Relations

On 12 and 13 September 2024, students of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv had the opportunity to attend a series of lectures by Professor Alan Riley. Three lectures given by the professor at the Institute of International Relations were devoted to the following issues: 

  1. «On EU Accession. How to Get In, Stay In and Be Successful!», 
  2. «Energy-Europe’s Energy Crisis and Ukraine’s Role in Solving the Crisis» та 
  3. «China and Europe’s Economic Security: The Ukrainian Angle».

During the lectures, students were able to ask questions and engage in a discussion with the professor about the most pressing events of the day. 

Professor Alan Riley is a professor at the College of Europe in Natolin, a member of the Energy Community Advisory Committee, a senior advisor to the Atlantic Council, a European energy security adviser to the Prime Minister of Moldova, a practicing lawyer on a wide range of issues and a great friend of Ukraine.
