Participation of Shvorak L. in the International Week "Connecting EUROPE" та в International Teaching Week в Університеті прикладних наук Санкт-Пьолтена

From November 25 to 29, 2024, Associate Professor of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations Liudmyla Shvorak participated in the International Week "Connecting EUROPE" and the International Teaching Week at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences.
St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences is one of Austria's leading higher education institutions, currently hosting around 4,000 students. The university offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs in fields such as media, information technology, economics, management, healthcare, social sciences, and technology. It is also famous for it's focus on research, innovation, applied knowledge, and close collaboration with business and industry.

During the International Week, Lyudmyla Shvorak's work focused on the interlink between research and education, student engagement, building strategic international partnerships, open data for education and research, as well as capacity building and the role of international partnerships in these processes.

Additionally, Lyudmyla Shvorak delivered 8 hours of lectures on "Digital Transformation and Digital Competitiveness of EU Countries" for undergraduate students of the Management and Digital Business program. The lectures included project-based work, where students collaborated in groups to identify key challenges in developing specific digital development indicators for EU countries and proposed solutions to address these challenges.
