The 4Ps Project stands for 4 priorities that should be emphasised in the context of public administration. These are purpose (the goal of public administration), processes (processes and procedures within public administration), persons (human resources and addressees of public administration), and places (geography of public administration).

As part of the programme, the participants attended a series of lectures on Czech law and European Union law.
