Presentation of the Scientific and Practical Commentary of the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures

On February 13, 2024 Natalia Tyshchenko, managing partner of Nobili Law Firm, dispelled all myths and revealed secrets about bankruptcy during the presentation of the Scientific and Practical Commentary of the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures for IIR Students. The meeting was organized by the Legal Department of the SC IIR and the IIR Book Club together with the law firm Nobili.

  • History of the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures;
  • The idea of writing a scientific and practical commentary;
  • Difficulties that modern legal entities and individuals may face in the field of bankruptcy. 

The speaker advised not to pursue "easy" things, but to invest your strength and inspiration in really important projects for you.
