підручник

The new textbook "Business English and International Communications" by Professor Leonid Kistersky has been published. The edition is dedicated to current issues of modern international communications and professional English speech in the economic sphere.

The textbook combines the features of an academic study and a practical manual. Its structure covers the analysis of negotiation strategies at various levels — from business meetings with entrepreneurs to negotiations involving heads of state and government. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of building effective business relationships in an international environment.

An important part of the work is a specialized block on professional English speech, containing approximately 3,500 terminological articles. The material is presented in a dictionary-glossary format, reflecting modern terminology in the fields of finance, credit, accounting, and human resource management. The publication is intended for students majoring in "International Economic Relations", but it will be equally useful for everyone studying English in higher education institutions.

The author of the textbook is Leonid Kistersky, Doctor of Economics, Professor, and Founding Director of the Institute for International Business Cooperation. Professor Kistersky has significant experience in practical diplomatic and economic activities:

for over four years, he served as an Economic Adviser at the UNCTAD Secretariat (UN) in Geneva;

he headed the National Center for International Technical Assistance to Ukraine in the status of Minister;

as a visiting professor, he taught and conducted research at leading universities worldwide, including Stanford, Brown (USA), and Konstanz (Germany) Universities.

Leonid Kistersky is the author of nearly 200 scientific works published by leading publishing houses in Ukraine, the USA, and the UK, as well as by international organizations, including the UN, the World Bank, and the European Union.

This textbook complements the database of educational materials for studying experts in the fields of diplomacy, international law, and foreign policy, combining theoretical training with the real experience of international practitioners.
