Professor Rita Zablotska’s participation in the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme at the University of Murcia (Spain)
Professor Rita Zablotskaya of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations at the Institute of International Relations took part in the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme at the University of Murcia (Spain). As part of international academic cooperation, the professor delivered lectures to postgraduate students at the partner university.
During her stay at the University of Murcia, Professor Rita Zablotska delivered a series of lectures on the course ‘Political Economy of International Trade’. The main focus was on contemporary transformations in the global trading system, the development of international economic integration, geo-economic challenges, trade conflicts, the role of the WTO in regulating international trade, as well as the impact of digitalisation and artificial intelligence on global economic processes.
As part of the academic visit, meetings were also held with representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Business, during which the prospects for further academic cooperation, joint research projects and the development of international academic mobility were discussed.
Participation in the Erasmus+ programme contributes to strengthening the Institute’s international cooperation, integrating the Ukrainian academic community into the European educational and research landscape, and exchanging modern approaches to teaching and research in the field of international economics.
